The Company has signed Trademark License, Know How and Technical Assistance Agreement with BAE Systems Bofors AB, Sweden, on 3rd September 2004.This agreement enables the Company to access to the technical information to enable the Company to produce Bofors guns’ parts and components.
Quality assurance and quality control of locally produced parts and components is done by BAE Systems Bofors AB.Production of Bofors guns’ parts and components by local vendors appointed under the Company’s Vendors Development Programme have started since January 2005.
